Terms and Conditions

  1. This Sale which is being conducted on behalf of Volvo Cars Ireland is a Closed Sale available to Irish Volvo franchised dealers only
  2. All vehicles are sold without guarantee of condition or mileage
  3. Only authorised dealer personnel are permitted to take part in this auction. By logging on and taking part in this auction it will be taken that the franchised dealer has authorised the bidder to purchase vehicles on their behalf. Any dealers allowing someone other than their authorised personnel to bid on vehicles may have their access to the auction removed
  4. Volvo Cars Ireland reserves the right to withdraw or re-enter any of the vehicles in this sale/auction
  5. Volvo Car Ireland cannot be held responsible for the loss of any network connection during the running of the sale/auction or any Firewall issues a dealer may have or experience.
  6. Each car in this sale is sold as seen and Volvo Cars Ireland will not be held liable for any claim regarding the description of any car sold in this auction.
  7. All dealers in the Volvo Ireland network will have the opportunity to view the vehicle entry, mainly at Autobid Limited, Airport Location North Dublin Automotive Team, Furze Road, Sandyford in order to satisfy themselves of the vehicles' optical and mechanical condition.
  8. Payment Terms:
    1. All vehicles must be paid in full before collection/ transport.
    2. Invoices will be issued for used vehicles within the same calendar month as the sale
  9. Transport costs and logistics are the responsibility of the purchasing dealer.
